Features
:
3 passive mini sound board transducers that are glued to the bridge plate. you can get the spec's from the web site.
Instrument
:
Installed in a 2005 Martin D-28. I followed the instructions and used a tapered ream for the endpin/output jack. Easy installation, and they are as good as I heard they were. I haven't tried the mic yet, but may next year. Still having a good time listening to this setup. Have a feeling that the mike and stereo pre-amp could be overkill.

Output even passive is good enough to get a great tone and using a good pre-amp just makes it that much sweeter.
I started out using just a Beringer tube pre-amp into a P.A. head and was very happy with the tone. THen tried a friends Acoustisonic SFX and was blown away. The sound is my Martin, but at amplified levels with no feedback and surround sound. I'm getting the amp also. I mostly play in the 70's styles(Neil Young, America, Van Morrison ect.) plus some blues and a little finger style. Haven't found anything that I don't like yet(2 months). For 89.00 bucks I don't think there is anything that can equal them.

If these were stolen they would get my D-28 also, and better hope they get away. I would have to beg, borrow and sell alot of gear to replace this setup, but I would with out thinking to much about it.
