Reason for pickup change:

Sound : No Opinion
Perceived output level: Normal. Like Martin thinline type.
Tone: The most acoustic tone I have heard under $150. Many agree, including local Taylor store's expert.
Sonic evaluation: For the money, I have not found an acoustic pick-up that even comes close. It has a great acoustic tone that is warm and quite natural- especially for the cost.

For which styles and positions is this pickup (un)suitable:

Overall Rating : 9
Comments: Would absolutely use it again. Tried it from $2000 high end acoustics to $200 low end and everyone sounded natural.
Another good part: installation is a snap with no drilling of the top like under the saddle pick-ups require. No batteries, no moving part, easily removable for future upgrades etc.
Seem like it will be highly durable. Quite feedback resistant.
Ultimately, for the money, nothing sounds as acoustic that I have tried.
I talked to three dealers and they all had great things to say about it and sell it by the bunches apparently.
