I wanted a "serious" sounding classical guitar. Looked at Alhumbra's, Yamaha's, etc. All had good sound as well, but this one fits the bill. Its solid cedar gives it a slight bottom end sound orientation, but the sound is quite crisp never muddy. The highs are quite distinct sounding and are never lost in the mix.
Action, Fit, & Finish

Classical guitars have a slightly higher action and I wouldn't alter this even though my dreadnaught is considerably lower, you do get used to playing both. The back is a perfect mirror image woodgrain bookmatch. I played guitars 3 times the price, and were not superior as far as finish was concerned.

I will only be playing this at home, but It will definately hold up to travel. Tuners are fine, bridge, saddle etc all fine.

Been playing all types electric, dread's, classic's, resonators, for over 30 years. When I wanted a solid top classic I had $500 AUS to spend. For the money I would by this again in a heartbeat.
