Sound : 9
Sound is fantastic. Bold rich tones. Sound equals what I get from my Martin D-35

Action, Fit, & Finish : 8
Top is nearly perfect as is the sides. Top has beautiful woodgain that shows no irregularities. Sides are equally matched. Beautiful 2-piece back

Reliability/Durability : 10
I received this as a 16th birthday present from my father. It has endured talent shows, camp trips, church outings, and the dating scene! Was a weekly player until I got the D-35. I had it re-freted 2 years ago. After 30 years of action, it needed some TLC. Tuners, bridge, neck, finish still as clean as the day I received it.

Customer Support : No Opinion
Not sure about the warranty. I would be interested in learning anything about the qarranty as well as the significance (if any) regarding this model.

Overall Rating : 8
I have been playing since I was 6. I learned on a Sears Silvertone that the strings stood I believe 6 inches above the fret board. (not really, but they seemed that high!) For contests and performances in church, I used my father's 1965 issued Gibson J-45. My collection now consists of 1991 Martin D-35, 2001 Martin D-45, Epiphone Nighthawk, Fender '57 re-issue, and a 2001 Gibson Hummingbird...and yes Dad still has the J-45 as well as the Sivertone
