Features : 8
I bought it new in 83-84 for 125.00, no bag or case came with it.
It was made in Moosup, conn. USA.
There are 20 frets, but there's no cutaway so it makes it a real
stretch to to get those high notes. An interesting feature is it has
an aluminum neck. It has a mahogany finish on top, has a couple of thin cracks now.

Sound : 8
It suits my style well because I'm a bit sloppy and I can blame it on the poor action, as others that played it can attest, despite adjustments. However it's not horrible, and I'm use to it.
Soundwise it's a clean full sound, not much I can't do with it.
I do like my strings aged a bit 'cause brand new it's too bright.

Action, Fit, & Finish : 9
Aside from the poor action it was well made. Because the neck is aluminum it doesn't have an adjustment rod which limits further work on the action without pro help. The tuners are cheap, but they held up and hold the strings in tune fairly well.
NOTE...If I were to go on stage again I'd need to get another guitar, and despite its short comings I'd be hard pressed to find one at a reasonable cost that I liked as well, in terms of sound.

Reliability/Durability : 8
The guitar is sturdy. If the action was better and had a solid case, it could be used on gigs. Wouldn't we all like to find the perfect axe though?

Customer Support : No Opinion
Never tried.

Overall Rating : No Opinion
I bought this guitar for its price, look and sound. I've tried newer
models of it,and thought the action was better, but the sound was a bit weak. In nearly 40 years had a few guitars and tried more. I was most impressed with a Martin I played about 30 years ago. Beautiful,
pure, resonant, must be worth a small fortune now.
My other guitar is a Crestline Les Paul copy. It was a gift. I Spent
a few bucks having it adjusted. The neck is bit thin, But a decent
sound. Would'nt gig with it.
