Just beautiful. Cutaway, thin body, great finish, made 1996, built-in electronics, great sound electric or acoustic, fast action. My new favorite guitar

Sound : 9
Sounds great, use the D-Aquisto Phos/Bronze Light strings. Same as the Aria strings!

Action, Fit, & Finish : 9
Excellent quality, set-up was great, nice and tight.

Looks like it will last a long time, I play it everyday, can't get enough of it.

No dealings, hard to find Arias. Sure glad I found this one.

All-laminate cutaway electro acoustic (fairly thin bodied) made Japan i think, with Fishman "Classic 4" preamp. 20 or 22 frets, i can't remember- it's acoustic, any more than 12 is good...

i think the neck is mahogany but i'm not sure. i've just replaced the generic tuners with fancy Gold tulip-style Grovers- well worth it.

Sound : 8
not bad for a cheap-ish acoustic. put new strings (12-53) on it the day i got it- HUGE improvment in tone. the old ones were just dead. middling sounds- not too bright, not too bass-y. Fishman sounds good through my (not strictly for acoustics) Ashdown Peacemaker 40

Action, Fit, & Finish : 7
not half bad. Everything screwed down right and the finish was perfect. Action nowhere near as low as my father-in-law's 1963 Martin, but what do you expect for #250?
Only problem was the tuners- they didn't feel very tight, and almost fell apart when i took em off before fitting grovers

Reliability/Durability : 8
Again, tuners were appalling, but i see no reason now why this guitar shouldn't last me until i can afford something solid and American (Hmmm... Martin D28, Gibson Hummingbird...)

Customer Support : No Opinion
Never had a problem but Aria are usually OK

Overall Rating : 8
Been playing 3 years. I play mainly elcetric blues/rock but a bit of quieter stuff too.
My main rig: Gibson Explorer/Fender Paisley Tele -> Morley Wah -> Marshall Guvnor -> EHX Worm -> Ashdown PEacemaker 40 (fantastic little valve amp)

i probably wouldn't get another if it were stolen, i'd try and upgrade, but well worth it for the price and features
