Features : 8
This is a dreadnought body with exposed no name tuning pegs

Sound : 8
Has a great sound Presonal opinion on this sound is its really bright with the right set of strings it was well worth putting ernie balls on it I play alot of led zep and RHCP so its got a definate sound of its own i play fender electric and used my mates dreadnought fender acoustic it was a $400 cheapie i played it more than him for a practice guitar well the finish on the neck of the fender is peeling The AW 65 is still going strong no peeling or fret wear

Action, Fit, & Finish : 4
When i got this guitar it was broken at the saddle a friend tryed to fix it didnt know what hes doing and glued the saddle in BIG mistake i got it off him removed it and got a new saddle had a hum on the lower frets so i built it up under the saddle slightly and problem fixed Plus it had nylon strings on it when my mate brought it..... Dont know why it sounded crap when i tryed them on it, maybe the guitar shop seen my mate coming he knows nothing about guitar so do your home work people if you dont want a **** deal

Reliability/Durability : 7
Yeah i wouldnt play it live when i can use something better this is a practice guitar that leans against the wall in this house its fallen over played drunk 6 month old son grabs at it when he get near it but yeah the hardware and fiish are good still for its had a semi hard life strap buttons sweet one of the tuning pegs screws came loose but thats after a year of abuse

Customer Support : No Opinion
Why would i need customer support get to know your gear if it s exspensive learn and take care of it dont let mates and idiots touch your beloved guitars and amps and everything thats connected But i do know where it was brought and my mate said he rang the shop they said bring it in we ll fix it price or cost dont know warranty dont know

Overall Rating : 8
Yeah i would miss this guitar if it was stolen i been playing 20 years and owned cheap guitars because of cheap parents But now i can get the gear i want its not about that compared to other $300-$400 deals i think this is a better guitar i wish it was a cutaway but im comparing it to a cheap fender dreadnought and a cheap ashton model my mate owned that fell apart after 2 months of moderate strumming and the fender that got fret damage way to easily i own mainly fender gear and a few other odd ball guitars thati brought purely on sound and price like a good deal.
