Hey! It's a cheap guitar but the electronics are pretty darned good! The tuners work well, it hold tuning. The stick on plastic "Rosette" is really tacky though. They should have left it off.

Sound : 10
Damn! It sounds pretty good! Smooth, no "Twangy" like a lot of 12's. I bought it for it's sound which ultimately (for me) is the real reason to buy one guitar over another.

Action, Fit, & Finish : 7
Action is great for a 12, ANY 12. Finish? Eh, it's cheap, what can I say.

Reliability/Durability : 7
Only had it a few months but I gig with it weekly, no problems.

Customer Support : No Opinion
I bought it used so I can't say since there's no warranty.

Overall Rating : No Opinion

satin finish, dreadnought, factory tuners, neck is very wide[rosewood]. received case with guitar.not sure of year of manufacture, canadian made, case also.21 frets. solid cedar top, wild cherry back and sides. no electronics, silver leaf maple neck

Sound : 10
has a good bright sound, extremely loud when you beat on it,will give a banjo a run for the money.play mostly traditional bluegrass and eagles music.

Action, Fit, & Finish : 5
factory setup was nonexistent, music store set up guitar with strings rubbing on fret wires.took home and adjusted action[1/8 inch above the 12th] took all buzzing out. top is extremely soft and pickguard needs to be mounted closer to sound hole and extended down to bottom of bridge to prevent pick damage to top.

Reliability/Durability : 6
yes i have played it live, but the top is beginning to look like willie's. this guitar is very loud and does not need to be out front it needs to stay in the back next to the bass player[distorts easily by the mike]. as long as you keep good strings on it[didarrio lights] you can beat on it without worry

Customer Support : 5
i have tried to get in contact with factory about tuners for another model,no one would answer the phone.went on ebay and found some wilkinsons that will have to work.no idea about the warranty, maybe 2 years limited.

Overall Rating : 8
been playing steady for 6 years, have been playing music since 13 .i started out on 5 string harmony banjo, played piano, mountain dulcimer, trumpet and now play only guitar. if stolen or lost i would probably buy a wild cherry or parlor model 6 string.i like the big sound when playing rythym. have compared it to the upper model epiphones, alvarez, takamines and morgan monroes, this a/l 12 had the best bass sound out of all.i wish it had a wider pickguard. it is a decent guitar for the money spent without all the lacquer and flash like the yamahas. i'm 45 and it will have to last me unless i can win cash 3.ha ha

I looked for over a year for a 12 string I picked this one up at least on 4 diffrent occasions. I kept putting it down because the price was so low (believe it or not) I then made one last round of testing 5 diffrent brands and it won. Nothing and I mean nothing up to $900.00 sounded as good to my ears.
