I haven't had to deal with the customer support for the company. I've never had any problems with the guitar.

I have been playing for well over 10 years now. I've owned and played many, many guitars over the years. This is definitely one of the best, if not the best in my personal opinion. It's every bit as good as many guitars twice the price or more.
I definitely suggest that anyone reading this look into this guitar.
It's an exceptional value for a great instrument.
