I bought Azahar model 140 in 2005 from a guitar shop in Singapore. The finish is glossy, Spain made classical guitar with neck size that is suitable for Asian player, I think it is 650 mm nut to saddle standard. This model has solid cedar top and beautiful laminated Mexican Rosewood back & side.

The Azahar has very deep and warm bass tone and crisp treble tone. I like this guitar when playing the Spanish classical repertoire. Playing the 'ppp' music with clear tone seperation is possible although in certail cases there are minor problem such as dead tone in fret no 16 string 2 but I guess you do not really often play classical on those ankward position, so it is fine with me. Perhaps it will get better when it gets more season, beside Singapore is very humid place. Overall : I like this guitar very much
Action, Fit, & Finish

There is no complaint about the action and playability, this is perfect. Only a minor glue residual can be seen in the sound hole, that is the neck hill glue to the internal back side, that's all.
Reliability/Durability

I think I am happy with the guitar's reliability & can withstand for decades if I take good care of it. I always carry spare strings when about to perform with this guitar

The local Singapore dealer gave 3 months warranty but so far was so good, no factory defects. I got local help from the shop in Bt. Timah Plaza when I wanted to change with the lower bone saddle and the gentleman who run the shop did it with Azahar's original bone saddle. I am happy with the local support & service.

I practiced & play classical guitar for 10+ years, I have Taylor acoustic electric guitar beside of this Azahar classical. Pls ask & check the local support from the local dealer before you made decision to buy any Spanish hand made guitars in your home country. And ensure you will get original spare parts when there will be unexpected damages or further unseen adjustment request you may have in the future. When buying a classical guitar, I put top priority on sound quality & playability then price. I had compare this model with Ramirez model 1E which had safe my money for almost half the student Ramirez model 1E
