I just added a BABiCZ Mahogany Dreadnaught to my arsenal,it's an Indoneasian import.It has a beautiful responsive soundboard(thanks in no small part to the BABiCZ's astounding bracing system!!!)The body is fine looking & sounding mahogany& I couldn't care where it comes from because it sure sounds niiice & looks great too.I try to find flaws in guitars when I buy 'em to get the price down a bit ,no luck w/ the BABiCZ it is meticulously made...flawless!

I'll start by saying I usually dont like "Dreadnaughts" not just because of the size but the timbre as well.Well Jeff Babicz really came up w/ a beauty here,it'll do great for EVERY type of music but it really shines when playing the Blues& when played w/ a BABiCZ made of rosewood the tonal differences in the wood enhances the collective sound..WOW!!!I dont know how he does it but just try one you'll see.
Action, Fit, & Finish

Set up is perfect(& if the action doesn't suit you then thats where the feature of neck adjustable action works flawlessly,the first time I went to change the action on one my BABiCZ's I was a bit nerveous top say the least but it's smoother than melted butter)They really did anice job in bookmatching the woods...perfect as usual.Please believe me I wanted to find somthing wrong but there was absolutely NOTHING wrong w/ my "Dread" or the others I tried

I play very agressive acoustic & N.Y. State is a notorious guitar killer in the summer months w/ temp. & humidity changes,but going from A/C'd club to hot car to A/Ced house & out again & I bearly need to tune it!!I've been playing professionally for 30yrs & I'm never as confident as when I take the stage w/ a BABiCZ!

These guitars were built by players ,for players.You don't have to spend $9000 for one of Jeff's handmade ones,I'm just as confident w/ an import.They back what they sell...bottom line& you also have a 3yr warranty I'mexremely happy (I have 4 BABiCZ's).For $995 w/ case if you can find me a better guitar I'll buy it

I've been playing for over 30yrs,& if I dont own it I've tried it.BABiCZ are theFINEST guitars on the market period! &if mine were lost or stolen I know I could buy a BABiCZ from any dealer & I could take the stage w/ confidence
