Surprised at not seeing reviews on this Guitar so far. DREADNAUGHT, SOLID ADI. TOP, EAST INDIAN ROSEWOOD BACK/SIDES, THIN PROFILE NECK, OPEN TUNERS, MINE WAS MADE IN DEC. OF 2006 (CHINA)...BOUGHT USED (MINT). I BELIEVE THE NEW MODELS ARE MORE OF A RED IN COLOR. MINE IS MORE OF A BROWNISH (DARK ORANGE). BEAUTIFUL COLOR REALLY. Going by the date on the inside neckblock mine was made in Dec. 2006.

IMHO This guitar sounds FANTASTIC! It has a beefy low end as well as a bright clean high end and good solid mids. LOUD for sure. RICH and lively in tone YES. It's a WINNER in my book. I play rhythm mostly, but this thing would be good for most styles as far as I'm concerned.

I cant find any problems w/ the fit and finish. It plays very nice w/ no buzzes even on hard strumming. The top looks just gorgeous. The neck is perfect. No glue messes on the inside....very neat and clean. The place where I got this used said it was never set-up, so the factory did an excellent job on set-up w/ this guitar. As I said no issues to speak of. Beacause of the color and finish any tiny ding will show up very easily on the top. There are a few tiny minor indents across the top here and there but the finish is perfect. The back and sides are a beautiful bookmatched rosewood (laminate). Looks awesome!

It's a solid great sounding guitar and for what I paid used for a (like brand new) guitar I'm very happy with it. It seems very sturdy and well made like the BR-70 I also reviewed here. I'm sure this guitar will hold up well. Everything on it is very solid. I wont comment on playing out live w/ it (no pickup)

Played 20 years. Own many other acoustics-(Alvarez, Ibanez, Takamine, Samick, Recording King, Washburn). The Blueridges sound the best (most Martin-like). This 1 is Fantastic and the Adi top is amazing tone-wood. I've played some of the newer Chinese guitars (Recording King and Morgan Monroe) and in comparing sound the Bluerdiges are far better sounding. I dont think anyone would regret owning this guitar. It has a far bigger sound than the used low price I paid and is a bargain at the new price also.
