Jumbo shape, 000 size, made in China. Solid top, mahogany (?)laminated back and sides. Comfortable bound neck, scarf joint, decent enough tuners. Very simple, elegant little budget guitar.

I'm mostly an electric player. The small body and comfortable neck make this a very easy acoustic for me to pick up and play. I mostly play fingerstyle blues or simple songs (e.g. Clapton, Pink Floyd, Tim Hardin). This guitar sounds GREAT. I've owned entry level Martins and Taylors before and, for what I use it for, this guitar plays as easily and sounds as good as these guitars. The sound is full and well-balanced. If you play it hard, the sound definitely "mushes" but it's still very musical.

I bought this used from one of my regular guitar shops (Torres Engineering) and it played great right off the rack. It's a budget guitar so there must be some shortcuts somewhere but its hard to see where. I can see one finish run on the lower bout but the finish (satin) is very nicely done.

Again, it's a budget guitar and I'd be wary of how much abuse it can take BUT I'd use it for solo gigs without thinking twice. My kids and dog have knocked it over and my kids regularly "play" it without any ill-effect.

Don't know. I know that the shop I bought it from swears by them and wil stand behind them & that's good enough for me.

If you're lucky enough to see one, try it & make your own mind up. For my money, these are great little acoustics!
