Features : 10
Serial number - 2496 - this guitar was stated as a Special Edition - not sure why though, because the only thing visibly different from the specs that I can see are the gold Grover - mini tuners.

Here is a list of Features:

Body:

Jumbo twelve string, Sharp cutaway(uniqueness factor), Select striped ebony back and sides, Select sitka spruce top, 1/2 inch abalone rosette, ebony bridge, ivoroid binding with black and white purflings, Bridge truss bracing, Gloss finish

Neck:

One piece mahogony, Ivoroid bound ebony fingerboard, Mother of pearl dot markers and logo inlay, Ebony peghead overlay, Gold Grover tuners, Hand rubbed finish(awesome...)

I gave a 10 because it's a 12 string acoustic guitar, it doesn't do much else??? You want features buy computer...

Sound : 10
When I received it a few days ago, I was so impressed and incredibly thrilled by it that I have played at least 2-3 hours per day(although today is Saturday so I am sure to play until my fingers bleed). I hear hugeness in this 12 like no other, piano-like tones, organ-like tones - reedy sounds, big booming basses. If you really womp on it, it will blow you out of the room. It has opened up since I bought it as well and I expect it to continue doing so until I die, someone sits on it(note to self - do not leave on couch), or it is stolen.

It is the most beautiful sounding 12 string I have ever heard, and I have tried martins, guilds, lowdens, tacomas, etc etc etc. EBONY on a 12 string is what it is all about.

Action, Fit, & Finish : 10
Every is perfect, every seam, the bookmatching is so fine, if you look inside everything is extremely tight, the highest level of attention to detail possible. Breedlove I thank you...

Reliability/Durability : 10
This guitar being Ebony is the most durable thing I have touched. Ebony is rock hard and a little heavy even, so... I have only had it for a few days, but like anything of this price point - unless your a complete idiot - it will last a long, long, long time.

I will gig with it, I will play it everywhere and anywhere I get the chance - it is a guitar - it is meant to be played and heard.

Customer Support : No Opinion
Have only sent one email and got a response in a few days. No other experience to work off of? But I have heard only good things.

Overall Rating : 10
I have been playing off and on for 15 years. I was in a car accident last year that could have ended my life, so I did a bit of re-evaluating things and started playing music a lot more, I am following my heart now - I've had enough of the other nonsense. I currently have a couple Rics and an inexpensive Simon&Patrick pro-flame maple 6 string acoustic(although I will be purchasing a Breedlove Custom C22 this fall)

I love the looks, sounds and feels of this guitar, the neck is the right width, it sits comfortably on my knee and is truly a work of art. I wouldn't change a thing about it, even the price... I know the value of having people do things right and Breedlove is doing things really really right today.
