my style is fingerstyle and the guitar is perfect for that style, well balanced, very dynamic and expressive, overtones galore, responds well to light touch but you can really dig in, tons of headroom. Beautiful for cascading harmonic arpeggios. This guitar stands in a league of its own. Great for recording. I have had the guitar for 1 1/2 years now and the sound keeps getting better.

Needed a slight intonation adjustment which surprised me. Set up was too stiff as well so had the saddle lowered. Action comparable to a Taylor. Perfect now.

very solid, the JDL bridge system means you don't have to worry about the aging process as much, will never need a neck set, finish is excellent.

Sounds like angels singing. Well balanced not to bassy. These guitars are strung with a combo of medium and light guage strings. Very bright rich sound. I have a number of high end guitars, this is the best sounding of the 5. This guitar is to good for a hacker like me, it should be in the hands of someone who can really play.

Perfect! I got the guitar used its set up was great, the action was low enough for quick finger style of play but high enough to play with a pick. The fit and finish is beautiful, these guitars are built by craftsman.

The guitar is very well built, but because of its style and size I would handle it carefully. Not the sort of guitar I would drag around and gig.

I have been trying to play for about 2 years. This guitar is way above my level. In the hands of some one who can play, this guitar would sing like choir of angels. If I could give this 11 I would.

Finger picking and soft strumming. Balance Sound. A cut above the mass produced guitars made by Taylor and Martin. Possibly the best sounding guitar I have heard.

Immaculate. A cut above the rest except possibly for Lakewoods.

I wouldn't knock this guitar around. Seems a little on the fragile side.
