Features : 10
First off I might say: "If anyone can find a better guitar for $365 I'll eat a bug.

2007. This is a full-sized, full-scale OM with a spruce top and a Mahogany back and sides. Satin finish. Grover open gear tuners. Chrome strap buttons installed. Rosewood fingerboard, bridge and headstock overlay. Forward-shifted X-bracing. 1 3/4" nut width, 25 1/2 inch scale length. It came with a Breedlove soft case/gig bag. Hex wrench for neck adjustment and an extra Tusq saddle with a couple spacer shims.

Sound : 10
The sound is mid-rangeish best I could describe. Not deep like a rosewood but nice mid range balance. Nothing wrong with it at all. Has good volume and sustain also. Sounds like a guitar! not like a board with strings whereas you pick it up and strum it and go to the next one if you know what I mean.

Action, Fit, & Finish : 10
The action fit and finish was top notch. 3/16 - 1/4 tops at the 12 fret.
Very easy to play. I prefer the 1 3/4" neck anymore. This is a finger pickers dream.

Reliability/Durability : 10
This guitar is as well built and nice attention to detail.

Customer Support : No Opinion
Do not know. I'm sure it has some kind of warranty.

Overall Rating : 10
Ive been playing several years. And am now older. I have a couple dozen guitars. All higher priced big name junk. I wanted a travel guitar or something I could take camping or on an airline carry on. I didn't care for the smaller scale higher pitched guitars but wanted the wider neck. I recently bought a Breedlove 12 string. It is also superb. So thought I'd take a chance on this sight unseen. I play solo, and do some slide guitar also. If you are looking at a Gibson Blues King for $1900 man I'd sure consider this first. I was considering a Martin 00-15 of sorts but again the small neck. I don't want to rave on and on here but I think I've become a Breedlove fan. I've been a hardcore Martin buyer for years. Guess I'll be looking for a pickup for it.
