FANTASTIC!
I played a bunch of guitars in the store looking for something I really liked, that played well, at a price around $400. This is that guitar. It's warm, well balanced, and pretty articulate for single note stuff (just as much up to a persons technique as the guitar though). Little/no fret buzz anywhere on the neck.
I wouldn't describe it as boomy, and it doesn't have the "boxy" sound like a lot of the Taylors and Martins I played.

It's beautiful, I love how this thing looks. No visual flaws anywhere.
It plays amazingly well for an acoustic. String bending is difficult (show me an acoustic on which it isn't), but the action is about as low (if not lower) than my Carvin electrics. This thing is a breeze to play.

I'm a fan of Carvin, they make great guitars. This thing seems to be built like a rock and hopefully I'll be playing out with it eventually. I probably won't have a back up.

Carvin's CS is the best around. Never had to wait very long to talk to anyone and they're always nice people that sound glad to talk to you.

I don't believe you can beat this thing for the price. I kind of wish I had gotten one with electronics, but I hate having plastic box stuck to the side of the guitar I see the most. I'll try to find a sound hole pickup that can do the acoustic tone justice, but I doubt I'll get that for less than spending $320 on a fishman rare earth.
