This was made I'm guessing in the `60's, it was made in Japan. 20 frets, laminated top. Rosewood neck, Gold tuners, an adjustable bridge. Has rich sound. This is not your average 12-string accoustic. Has nice abalone inlays in the fret board.

The sound quaility is rich, but not real loud. I play it as back up to contempory music.

This is a very sturdy guitar, Holds a tune forever.Low action, no buzz
or hum. Again the bridge is adjustable in a gold finish. Body is well constructed.

Made in Japan, 60's vintage.

This guitar is built super strong. It's a late 60's vintage and has been strung all its life yet there is no distortion of the top and the bridge remains solidly anchored. Because of its strength it is not a loud guitar and I think when people hear it they think it sounds dead. Put it in front of a mic and its a whole different deal--its a beautiful evenly balanced tone with nice sustain. I borrowed this one from a friend and liked it so much I tried to find one for myself. I've never seen another Citation so I ended up buying a 70's vintage Sigma which looks so much like it that I wonder if the guys who built the Citation hooked up with Martin to build the early Jap Sigmas.

Plays like a typical good quality 12 string. The tuners suck bigtime.

If you're ever playing a gig where a fight breaks out this is the guitar for you. It can easily double as a leathal weapon.

This is a beautiful sounding recording guitar that no one seems to know about so if you see one for sale you can probably get a steal on it. Its not as bright and loud as the new light construction acoustics from Larrivee and Martin.

No clue when this was made, but it was made in Japan. 20 frets, laminated top. Rosewood neck, dreadnought style. I guess you could say the neck thickness is average for an accoustic. Just your average 12-string accoustic, I guess.

I play a lot of rhythm parts with this gutiar, and really only venture into simple leads with accoustics in general. I use it as a 6-string accoustic and compared to other accoustics i've played with, it does have a really nice warm sound. I haven't really used it as a 12 string much, but when I did, it sounded beautiful, if/when i ever get a normal 6-string, i'll bring this back to it's original 12-string setup, till then it's my only accoustic. I love everything about it, except for the fact that I think i ay need the bridge glued down a bit.

Low action. Eventhough I don't play many leads on it, I could (i actually do practice my leads on it and it has really improved on my playig of an electric). When I got it, it had the normal scratches here and there, and they guy I bought it from suggested I get the bridge glued down better.

Everything feels solid. I would consider playing with it live, if I ever do some kind of sit down accoustic gig.

I've only had this for a couple of months, but I love it dearly. I would want a guitar just like this if I were to have to buy another (although I know i'd end up paying a lot more). I love playing accoustics in general, and this just adds to that. I needed an accoustic, and this is it. I got this at a %50 off sale which was again marked down from a coupon i had, so i ended up paying close to $90, and it feels really good knowing that the original value of this fine instrument was over $200 USED. There will be other guitars, later on, but I hope I can use this one for a long long time.
