Features : 10
CA 7iM-CE Player edition all carbon fiber in red burst finish, Grand Concert style body with a cutaway, integrated bracing, offset soundhole, Gotoh tuners, Fishman Matrix VT pickup, and TKL hardshell case.

Sound : 9
This guitar has almost overpowering bass. So much so that the highs can sometimes be drowned out or go unnoticed. This is a great instrument for strumming and flatpicking. Might have a harder time with Fingerstyle on this. Of course, if you're plugged in, these factors can be tweaked. I was blown away by the rich sustain of the bass when strumming this guitar though. It has a very very deep sound.

Action, Fit, & Finish : 9
The action was a bit high on this so I plan on shaving the saddle down a little and putting light strings on during my next string change. Otherwise, the intonation is perfect and the guitar stays in tune. The only complaint is that the nut slot seems to have a bit of a gap - I may want to have that replaced eventually too. I'm curious to know if/how a bone nut/saddle combination would effect the sound/tone much.

Reliability/Durability : No Opinion
As far as I can see, this guitar seems VERY durable. The fact that change in temperature and humidity can do little (or none) to effect it makes it a total winner. I guess I'll just have to see how it performs in this arena as I start playing it out.

Customer Support : No Opinion
Haven't had to contact support as of yet.

Overall Rating : 9
This guitar looks beautiful and plays beautifully. If I had known about this guitar earlier, I would have snapped it up. I'm selling my Martin J40 and J12-15 in light of the purchase. It definitely rivals higher end guitars but cannot touch my Goodall RGCC. If this were lost or stolen, I'd want to replace it. Perhaps with one of the lower end "road tough" finish models though.
