Cordoba guitars are handmade in Spain. Standard classical guitar setup. All the pieces were built out of solid sheets of wood, not laminates. Nice solid tuners. Great finish, a nice orange stain color. You can tell this guitar was built with quality. IMO it holds its own with some of the much more expensive classicals out there.

I started guitar playing as a classical player. I still like it a lot, but i mostly play electric now. However id never give this guitar up, it is great. It sounds excellent, especially within its price range. I played every classical i could afford at guitar center, and the Cordobas are the best, period. Its got a very good sound, never harsh or unpleasant to the ears.

The action is very good for playing classical. I tend to play more flamenco type of stuff as ive gotten better at it tho, so it doesnt quite suite me. A cordoba flamenco series is definetely on my wish list in the future tho. Overall the guitar is built really well, the finish is perfect, very solid finish. Ive been told that having a thick hard finish on any acoustic can be bad for the sound, but this guitar seems to really pull it off.

This is an awesome guitar overall. Even tho im not big on playing classical i still would buy this guitar. Its just an awesome instrument. Plus it was a good deal, i believe the normal going price was $1000, pretty sure ive seen this model for that price else where. Anyhow guitar center was having their end of the business year sale or whatever, so i jumped on it. But i had already played on this and other guitars a lot before i knew i wanted this one. I even tried a couple of the $2000+ guitars, and i still just liked this one better, price aside.
