It's a jumbo 12 string. Purchased used from a friend after admiring it for several months. A big guitar. Absolutely beautiful looker. The top is clean white solid spruce, fantastic flamed maple sides and back . The rosewood fretboard is streaked with shades of lighter wood. Fretboard markers are offset to to the upper side. Nice details: The Cort "C" on the bottom of the neck heel and the inlay stripe down the center of the back. The headstock has "Cort" and a fleur de lys(?) in abalone. Glossy finish is not too thick, that's a good thing for sound.
The second reason I bought this guitar was for it's looks.
This one is made in Korea, not China like the more recent Corts.
I've heard that Korean made Corts are higher quality, but I haven't made a side by side comparo, so grain-O-salt time.
Sound

The first reason I bought this guitar was for the sound. Sound is loud and proud, typical jumbo big sound. Has that bright 12 string shimmering sound, with great mids and sufficient bass to round it out. I was looking at several new guitars (Guild, Taylor, Takamine.) but this one has a great sound for a fraction of the price. (OK , it was used but it was in near perfect condition.)
In a band sitting , it fills out the mix nicely, but is usually used when we do the solo/near solo performance thing. (Guitar with subdued bass and keyboards, no drums.)
I give it a nine, no guitar is perfect, but this one does the 12 string thing extremely well.
Action, Fit, & Finish

I bought it used. It was a case queen until I got hold of it, so in new condition. The action was a little high, which is typical of many new guitars.(It had never been to a luthier, this is the factory setup.) I brought it to a tech to check it over, but it would have been easy to adjust.
The finish was excellent, beautiful shine, no drips or over applied gloss. Straight, even grain on the top. and the flamed maple is delicious. Always getting positive feedback on the looks, even though this one has seen some abuse.
The factory bridge pins sucked. They would would not stay in place and slots were cut too shallow. Inexpensive to replace with quality pins.

Solid guitar. It's bit beat up now with the inevitable wear and tear brought about by gigging with it for a couple of years. It always gets pulled out at parties for a song or two, then it stays out, and this really is wear most of the dents have been incurred.
It has been gigged many times, can't even recall a string breaking.
The tuning pegs still hold tune, the action is stable . I did get it set up by a tech when I first got it, and it's been perfect since.
Nothing has come loose or broken, no complaints. There is a bit of fret wear showing. It has been played a lot!
The finish on the tuning pegs has gone from silver to a frosty grey, which I think looks pretty cool. Probably due to my sweaty paws and many string changes- I change 'em every month, pretty well all the time.
If anything , this guitar is easier to play now than when I first got it.

No Opinion
No dealings with Cort , it was a used guitar.

I've been playing 20+ years. Early in my career, I went through a lot of guitars. Trying to get "that sound". Now I now know the player has a lot more influence on sound, heck even fresh strings or different strings alter the sound as much as anything.
I've had it over two years. It's been stone reliable. Great looks. Better sound. For $375, this one is a keeper.
Buy one if you can! But you're not getting mine.
The SJ3-12 is pretty rare. Probably because Cort was not making any money on these beauties, so stopped production.
If this guitar went missing, I would definitely try to find another SJ3-12. I don't know where I would find one.
