Features : 9
Les Paul type copy, mahogany body and neck, rosewood fingerboard, figured maple carved type top.......... Solid Id say by the sustain it has. Set neck flame maple type sunburst finish ,gold finished hardware and pickups see thru amber les paul type control knobs,Crafter tuning heads gotoh style work ok.22 jumbo frets fairly fat neck Tune o matic nashville bridge
Twin crafter hummer copys 490r&498t

Made in KOREA.

Sound : 7
Makes some nice blues sounds pulls really smooth and sings sweet.
Sound so nice unplugged I play it that way alot.Nice sustain even unplugged.A variety of tones will come out of it but it leans towards the darkside unless its forced to be bright.Beautiful buttery mellow tones like a 335 Gibson.
Pickups are noisy when pushed particularly the bridge pu which is very very hot

Action, Fit, & Finish : 6
Action was good when received but put fatter strings 10 from 9 and had same setup. Intonation is slightly out above 14th possibly due in part to slightly misaligned bridge.Bookmatch on top is slightly off on this particular guitar.
Action is excellent, low, no string buzz, very easy to play and bend does not take well to aggresive open chord playing will buzz some on open Gs etc. Frets appear to me to be wearing too fast although I do tend to be on the G B E strings between 3rd and 12th most of the time Still fret wear is already evident on same.

Reliability/Durability : 6
Seems to be a fairly solid instrument with good materials quite a chunk of mahogany and Pretty to look at, Finish is wearing off tailbar and edge of rear pickup due to resting hand on same, strap buttons are solid, I wouldnt expect any problems from it, Ive owned it a year and its never been gigged, but its likely got 200 hours on it and no problems.Nice cream binding on body and neck a really nice finishing job not perfect but pretty near.Finish wear is diappointing however.......

Customer Support : No Opinion

Overall Rating : 6
Ive played off and on for 30 years, Not great at it I do it more to back my singing than to be a player.I also own an AE 341 SC Takamine Acoustic which is a beautifull guitar. The Crafter was bought because the company is noted for quality guitars and reasonable price and I wanted an electric bluesy guitar and Ive always likes the Les Paul design.
It aint a Gibson but it aint 2500 either it plays as nice as the real thing but its not the quality, but its worth the price.........
