Features : No Opinion
Think this guitar's Korean made-Satin finish,Solid spruce top,grand auditorium shape body,crafters own?grover style tuners,rosewood fretboard,21 frets,mohogany back/sides and albarone fret inlays/sound hole deco/name logo.free gigbag,new strings and a few picks thrown in too.Basic acoustic but nicely done.

Sound : 9
Been playing for about a year and a half and play a lot of indie/rock stuff.Guitar is only a few days old but love the sound already.Restrung with martin 12 guage strings it sounds a little bright but think they need time to settle in although bass is lovely and rich.Much, much better than my old Aria aw20n and as the solid spruce top settles in can only get better.

Action, Fit, & Finish : 10
Action is perfect for me,not too high and not low enough to get fret buzz(but i am still what i consider to be a novice).the guitar is absolutely beautiful in my eyes.Faultless satin finish and gorgeous red mohogany back and sides.Could not fault the finish anywhere.Tuners seem fine, not too tight and the pegless bridge is a step forward in my opinion.

Reliability/Durability : No Opinion
Only had it a few days but seems robust and reliable enough for live playing.Haven't used the strap button but it feels quite solid.

Customer Support : No Opinion
I believe there's a 12 month warranty but doubt i'll need it.

Overall Rating : 10
I also own a Washburn Hawk '84 electric and an Aria aw20-n and while this Crafter's not comparable to the Washburn,it blows the Aria out of the water in every way.Sounds hugely superior, looks beautiful and just feels right.the fuller bass(but also tight)due to the grand auditorium shape is a bonus and the woods look of fine quality.also tried a few Ibanez acoustics and cutaways but this just felt and sounded better to me and it was a good 40 pounds less than the cheaper of those.wanted to try the Washburn D10s but there seems to be a distribution problem in the UK at the moment, although i'm not too disappointed at the moment!

Good acoustic guitar built in 2004 complete with quality woods and the crafter Elactrics
The one that i have is the Natural Satin but i think it is available in more ranges

Sound : 9
Unplugged this is a brilliant guitar and the sound is very mellow but if you hit it hard with a pick it turns into a loud peice of kit that really sings

Action, Fit, & Finish : 6
I bought this second hand and it was poorly set up but that may have been the first owner, it took me abotu 3 hours to set it up properly and to my style

Reliability/Durability : 9
crafter should last well as they use quality woods and this i am sure will be no exception

Customer Support : 10
12 months warranty but it did not matter as it was over 12 months old when i bought it but to give Crafter credit i noticed the bridge was spliting and sent them an email asking how much for a new one, which they replied to promplty then 2 days later free of charge i received a new bridge NOW THAT IS WHAT I CALL SERVICE

Overall Rating : 10
I have played guitar for 20 odd years and i was taken with Yamaha before the Crafter but i am converted and as soon as i can afford it i am on the look out for one of there PRO series acoustics. I would have to replace this if it was stolen as i play it all the time my other guitars just sit and gather dust now
