The Crafter GAE21/VLS-V has got a solid top (Engelmann spruce) and its back and sides are made of bubinga. The neck looks at lot like mahogany. 23 frets (high e string). Headaway pickup and Timber PLUS preamp. Controls for volume, bass, middle, treble, scoop, phase, mute. Cutaway. Great finish.

I do play a lot of different styles of music but mostly just playing at home (simon & garfunkel, clapton, kashmir, hendrix, santana, metallica, gorky park, blackmore's night, tower of power). I mostly use it unpluged. I've tried to plug to my amp and the guitar seems to work fine (my amp sucks).
The sound is very bright when using a pick but if the strings are muted it is possible to make muddy sounds too. When fingerpicking it is very easy to vary the sound.
I like it very much but somtimes the sound is too bright.

The guitar seems to be set-up just right and almost everything is way ahead of average. The only flaws are some screws that seems to be worn down and some broken abalone inlays.

Overall the guitar seems like it will last forever and ever... It seems to be of a very good quality.

I've been playing for 8-9 years and this is my first acoustic guitar. I've tried playing a lot of different acoustic guitars though. I would buy it again if I'd loose it.
I love its sound for playing solo or fills and its overall variety (in both playing and sound). I miss a tighter chordal sound.
