Great quite loud sound, rings out clearly, the only problem with the sound is that its not as broad as maybe a Taylor, but hey, for the price, you couldnt get any better.

The guitar is very well put together, made in korea, which i guess means has good workmanship. The pickup is a little lower then i would like, but its easy to use and simple. I have no idea about the quality of the wood, all i know is that its far eastern. Great marine colour on top though.

I'm not sure if i'd use this guitar for live playing, then again ive never tried, i would probably be more confident with a taylor etc, but the guitar is great from what ive played so far. There is no strap button behind the neck, so if you like your strap to go behind there, maybe you should be prepared to get some shoelaces out. But the one on the bottom of the body is solid.

only contacted crafter website once but i got an email within 24 hours and they were pretty helpful, and the website is great, gives you list of local dealers, all the range of guitars, features, the crafter amp user guide, and the choice of wood they use.

This guitar is fantastic for the price. I bought it for #189 from Ebay, something i was kinda wary of doing at first, but i went through with it in the end. The guitar is a really nice marine shade/dark blue color, and is Electro-Acoustic. Acoustic it sounds great, i dont know about electric yet because i havent plugged it in. The sound from this guitar can be quite loud if you strum hard enough so ideal for busking etc. For the price you can't beat it, i looked through some major companies for the same type of guitar, same price range, and Takamine and Fender etc couldn't do any better. I'd personally never heard of crafter, but from this guitar they seem to be a pretty good damn company. www.crafterguitars.com is their website, check it out, hopefully u'll see something you like for a fraction of the price for major makes and be as happy with yours as i am mine!
