Okay, this guitar was made in China, bought in Brazil...It has 25 frets.....Average Strat Copy....has a volume and tone control knob, and a 5-way selector switch....Stock pickups, in order, single coil, single coil, humbucker...
Regular Stock tuners, although for the price of this guitar, they are very good...the nut is the same way, normal plastic cheapy, but the guitar stays in tune pretty well, I don`t have to use the tuners much, so in my book, that means they work pretty well.
I bought it with an amp, strap, and cable (not as a "package" but at the same time, from the same store....but if you want to say they threw in the cable and strap for free, I guess you could.)
One more thing, it has a whammy bar....which isn`t impressive...but normal I guess

Sound : 5
My music style is hard rock bluesy to straight up punk.....Guns N Roses, The Ramones, Metallica, Nirvana etc....
I`m from the USA, but I`m staying in Brazil at the moment, at home I play an Epi Les Paul Standard, with EMG pickups in it....and I play through a Fender Cybertwin....with several DOD pedals, and a wah wah....which works well for me....but here I have nothing to play, so I did a search for a few weeks trying to find the cheapest/best guitar and amp combo I could....I found this guitar and a Meteoro Nitrous Drive amp....again, for the price, this was a great deal....but ONLY for the price...
there are a lot of things that are wrong with this guitar, mainly the pickups....they are noisy, and there is a lot of fret buzz as well....however, the neck plays well, I personal like to fight the guitar a bit, so in that sense it fits me well...
The sounds I can get from it aren`t so bad really....It has a lot to do with the amp too, probably more than the guitar.....but, while playing it cleanly I can get a fairly impressive rich tone....but MUCH tweaking with everything was needed for that...
The guitar works pretty well for my style too, I`m a shredder, and a blues god wannabe, and it fits.....but once again let me stress this....for the price...the single coils get a tinny type of lead sound, but bareable....the humbucker is overly dark sounding....I find myself checking the tone knob all the time to check to see if I hit it by accident....it hinders the way I play....so for now, I don`t use the humbucker much unless I`m playing clean.....(by the way, I could strip out the pickups and make this guitar altogether decent, but I`m only going to be here for a few more months and I won`t be gigging or anything....so I don`t care that much, it`s just giving me something to stay in practice with...

Action, Fit, & Finish : 7
I kinda covered most of this in the section above....But the guitar is set up pretty well, it seems pretty sturdy, not too heavy or light....
the pickups are pretty bad....if I was going to gig with this guitar I would ABSOLUTELY change them....but they`re okay for what I`m using it for.
there don`t seem to be any real physical flaws with the guitar, it was assembled pretty well at the factory I guess, certainly nothing wrong enough that I HAD to change something before I could play, or feel comfortable playing it.
and the action is low, which I like, the fretboard itself is kinda hard to play on, but smooth.....which is what I prefer....I don`t know, it`s not bad..

Reliability/Durability : 8
So far so good on this....almost...the only thing that keeps happening, which I think happens on all cheap guitars, is the washer (or whatever it`s called) on the jack keeps coming loose....every few hours or having played it, I`ll hear a click come through on the amp...and I knew that sound...I had to tighten it....and it happened again and again...it`s no big deal, it only takes 30 seconds to get a wrench and tighten it, but it`s nonetheless a flaw...
Everything else seems good....everyone has to make a guitar their own...and this is the type of guitar that you can`t just pick up and fall in love with, but after a week or two, it begins to fit...

Customer Support : 3
I went to their website and couldn`t even find the type of guitar I bought....which is kinda scary...I haven`t actually tried to contact them, but I have a bad feeling about what would happen if I did...

Overall Rating : 6
I`ve been playing guitar for about 5 and a half years, I am a guitar teacher back home in the states, and have worked at a music store....so I know a little about guitars, but in reality, I don`t care all that much about guitar brands, pickups etc....I just look for the right sound...
This guitar is cheap....but not terrible, it`s a step down from what I`m used to, but that`s no big deal, it`s working for me....It took a little getting used to, I`m so used to playing on a Les Paul that using a Strat felt different, but that happens when you buy new furniture or a new car too, you get used to it...
I compared this guitar to probably about 20 others, and this one seemed to be about the best....they had better guitars at the stores, but they didn`t have better guitars for the price....and for me that was the important thing...
If it were stolen I would probably buy another one, I`m not totally sure about that though, I`m kind of limited here as to what I can get, if I were back home I would have a lot more to choose from.....but then again, I would have to pay more too....so, here in Brazil, I would probably buy it again...
