Made in Korea, recently, not sure of exact year.
18 frets (12 to body)
Piezo pickup, controled by a volume and tone slider.
Body is a thermoplastic bowl, like an Ovation.
Compensated bridge.
Plastic pins (I quickly swapped them for ebony ones)

Didn't come with a case or bag. However, it fits inside of a Les Paul hardcase!!!!!

Sound : 9
The strings that were on this were old and crusty, even though I bought her new. It was sitting there a while. I put some high end Martins on it. At the same time, I swapped the cheap plastic pins for nice ebony ones. The tone was improved IMMENSELY!!!

The small body kind of lacks low end tones. The volume and tone controls allow you to get a wide range of sounds.

I play it thru a 60's Gibson Explorer amp or a Pignose. Sounds great clean or distorted.

Action, Fit, & Finish : 9
Was set up with a completely straight neck. I adjusted it to have a little relief, my personal preference. The tuners were NOT screwed in all of the way. Some of the neck binding is flawed. Body is finished well, blueburst top, 5-layer binding.

The neck is simply AMAZING!!!!! It feels better than my vintage Gibson Les Paul Junior in size and shape. I want to play this all day long.

Neck makes up for slight flaws that I mentioned.

Reliability/Durability : 10
Should last for ever. No name tuners hold tune well. I play it on street corners. I don't forsee any problems with this--ever!!

I've been playing guitar for over 30 years. I've owned about everything. This guitar is a joy to play. I got it for a trade, but the cost was like $250--a great value, imho, due to the great feeling neck.

Made in Korea in 2001. 18 frets. wood soundboard with plastic, bowl back. Tone and volume controls. Bridge, piezo pickup (passive).
The soundboard has a black stain finish,of high gloss. Black and white binding. The body shape is like a small, parlour guitar. the machine heads are small chrome affairs. the neck is more or less full scale, in
length.

Sound : 7
This is a small electro acoustic. It's acoustic tone is all middle and top, with virtually no bottom end. But it sort of grows on you. Amplified it makes a decent enough sound for such a low priced instrument.
This guitar is well suited to finger picking.

Action, Fit, & Finish : 6
Nicely finished in all departments apart from a couple of frets that needed filing down a bit, the 11th fret was the worst.

Reliability/Durability : 7
This is a low cost guitar but is solidly made. It is far from proffessional standard but would manage very well in clubs and bars. Cheap but not trashy.

I was looking to buy a far more expensive guitar when I saw this. I love the body shape and the guitar really is comfortable to play. It's thin sound (acoustically) may put some off, but I found it made me try some new ideas. Extremely good value.
