Features : 9
All solid woods sitka spruce top solid mahogany top and sides. Bone nut and saddle. L.R.Baggs transducer pickup with volume control only. Dreadnought full-sized body with 21 frets. Finish is tobacco with a satin finish, very vintage look. Tuners hold great tuning and have a vintage gibson look (not sure what brand). The case has an hydrometer built in and seems to be of a high protective quality, yet lightweight.

Sound : 9
First acoustically--everything you could ask for: full bass nice note seperation--rich tone! projects nicely. Strung with 12's has a very woody tone that exposes the sound of a more expensive guitar. If you're looking for the bell-like rock sound-prob.not the guitar for you. If you're looking for a great acoustic folk/rock sound than this is the perfect guitar. Now plugged in--it is by all means the best sound i have heard bar none!! No cheapo piezo sound at all--just very natural sounding, and if you want more e.q. the L.R.Baggs para-eq is a great mate to this guitar.

Action, Fit, & Finish : 10
I haven't touched a thing for set-up. Very nice action, not as good as my taylor, but i'm sure most would agree, good action. From what i remember the action is not much different than many gibson acoustics i have played in the past. Everything looks great and it looks like these guitars must recieve more quality control and inspection than their lesser models.

Reliability/Durability : 10
Very reliable. Played an outdoor event where the tent poles came down on the band as my guitar was knocked off the guitar stand. Low and behold, aside from a little nick in the headstock--didn't even go out of tune! Make sure you travel with a spare battery--that did give out on me for another outdoor event--took a while to figure out it was the battery!

Customer Support : No Opinion
No call for it yet.

Overall Rating : 10
I've been playing for 36 years. I wanted a guitar to gig with that sounded like a natural acoustic, and didn't want to bring my taylor out on gigs for fear of damage. Although this guitar by no means is as easy on the fingers as my taylor, it actually sounds much better electrically. Better pick-up system. Has better bass than my taylor. Did a side-by-side test to a korean breedlove and it blew the breedlove away in sound--acoustically and by far electrically. Actually this is the best acoustic guitar i have heard plugged in and also a great sounding guitar acoustically.
