I love the sound of this git when using a pick.when fingerpicked with bare fingers it sounds alittle muted.but I don't have long fingernails so I fingerpick with bare skin fingers. Will have to get some fingerpicks. When plugged in this is where it really shines

the action is just a tad high for my likes. not really too high, just a tiny bit higher than perfect for me. The satin finish looks good, not a flashy guitar but very tasteful. Inside the bracing looks very lightweight, but everything looks clean without any glue slop. Its a very light guitar to hold.

Been playing off and on for more than 35 yrs. My only other guitar I have at this time is a 1995 Epi Sheraton 2 w/ gibson 57 classic and classic plus pups.If it were lost or stolen I would probably buy an EF 500 model. thats what I wanted all along but they are on back order for who knows how long.
