Features : 7
Ebony Dreadnought, the tuners are cheap machine heads, the neck is Thin and fast, finish is good, no case or accessories other then a Allen key which you will need to adjust. It has a spruce top Mahogany back and sides and a rosewood fret board.

Sound : 7
The sound will improve once you replace the factory strings which are cheap and give it a tin sound. Quality strings give it a fuller and Bright sound of a more expense guitar. This guitar is only $100 US but can sound for the price of $300 once the stings are replaced.

Action, Fit, & Finish : 7
Some are better the others. The first one I purchase the action was great, however it was buzzing at the 10 fret on the forth sting and no adjustment for action or bridge would solve this issue as the neck had a hump in it so ever slightly as I was told when the tech's took a look at it. They had more complaints like this and bad tuners that had lots of play in them.

The Guitar was exchange due to manufacture defect.

The exchanged guitar was much better and inspected by the store.
I replace the stings and gave the rosewood fret board a lemon oil treatment and took a file to some sharp edges on the side of the frets. I had to adjust the action and sand down the bridge to get the action and speed I desired. The exchanged guitar had better turnes, they keep the strings in tune even after a good bend; you could grow to like them. However I replaced them with Grover Machine Head as I Know they are tops. These adjustment made this Guitar a real pleasure to play.

Reliability/Durability : 7
The Guitar will last a long time I think as it is well build. The origial turnes are what you expect for an entry level guitar and will not last in Pro use. The Pick gard is thin but can be upgraded to heaver platic that will be more durable.

Customer Support : 8
Store was excellent and the Life time guarante from the manufacture as labled in the guitar will be put to the test as it is still new .But so far so good.

Overall Rating : 8

With Quality strings ,grover tuners and action adjustment this guitar is a pleasure to play and a great value
