The guitar sounded pretty good especially for a $150 guitar package
Action, Fit, & Finish

1. Finish on the body was not good.
2. The packing material was full of ashes or dirt of some type.
3. The D string tuning key was bad.
4. This is the kicker; the guitar doesn't have a fretboard! It is just the painted neck with frets placed in it!

I have no idea it was Packed up and sent back the next day.

I got it directly from Esteban's web site not HSN. I called Ingenious Designs toll free number, that is the marketing organization I guess for Esteban, and I was told that I had a 17 min wait. So I sent them an email with the tracking number

I am not an accomplished guitarist, however I am a musician. I bought this for my daughter to start to learn on. Additionally, I know quite a bit about guitars. The guitar's body is nice, the finish on the top was sad.
I wish that the Esteban site list the specs better.
