I also own the all acoustic, Faith Mercury Parlour, which differs from this mainly by having mahogany back and sides. The rosewood back & sides on this model give it more bite. The mahogany parlour was a great picker but not so good on strumming, the rosewood remedies this and gives the guitar a lot more sparkle. Though perhaps it's not as woody sounding as the mahogany incarnation.
Overall, acoustically this model has amazing projection and clarity. Plug it in and the Shadow nanoflex pickup works very well. The pickup senses string and soundboard vibration, giving a far more natural sound than the usual piezo undersaddle pickup. The pre-amp has vol, bass, treble, reverse phase and eq invert controls. So plenty of room to fiddle. Acoustically and amped up it's a great all-rounder, with character and class way beyond it's price.

Action, Fit, & Finish : 9
With nice, low action and a 24 inch scale, this baby is a doodle to play and possitively encourages new ideas. It is finished very well. It has a strong, workmanlike feel. The woods and graining are impressively matched. The overall finish is quite something. having a gloss finished top, back & sides makes it look a lot nicer than it's cousin , the acoustic-only mercury parlour.

Reliability/Durability : 9
This relatively small guitar, actually feels very solid. With a nice weight to it. Nothing flimsy here. Tuners (Grover) and strap buttons are strong and of good quality. Only time will tell but this guitar feels built to last.

As said, I also own the acoustic, mahogany bodied version of this guitar, which I love. However this model takes 2 steps forward. It's electrics make it very giggable and it's rosewood back & sides give it more versatilty and a far more classy look. I even love that they have taken off the cheap looking fret markers. Who needs them? As long as you have dots on the side of the neck.
I now own 2 parlours and 2 O.M.s (Cat's Eyes & Yamaha LS500) and all 4 are great. These Faith Parlours are top value, inspirational to play and very professional.
