Features : 7
Entry Level Guitar. Make in Korea, got mine around 1998. Dreadnought, tuners ok, not much else to say.

Sound : 6
Overall sound is not bad. Lacks mids which tend to make it sound kind of hollow and undefined. Sound gets worse than normal as you move up the neck. Probably due to higher action. Haven't been able to lower it without buzzing.

Action, Fit, & Finish : 4
Action too high for playing most anything except open chords and others up to about the fifth fret. Notes kind of go thud instead of ringing true as you move up the neck.

Reliability/Durability : 9
I've had it for ten years, nothing is broken.

Customer Support : No Opinion
Never dealt with.

Overall Rating : 6
This guitar makes for a decent banger or beginner's guitar. I have been playing guitar for over thirty years and cannot play this guitar for over 30 minutes without left hand fatigue. It is not as bad if you switch to extra light strings, but the tone suffers. I used to use it on gigs knowing that if it got damaged it wouldn't hurt my feelings. I played electric most of the time. Now that I am older, no longer gig, and would like to play quietly in my house... it is time to buy a Martin.
