Black Finish (Beautiful), Dreadnought 12 string. I like the tuners, very adequate, and work well. The snowflake inlays look very nice, and the neck feels great to me for a 12 string acoustic. It is larger, being a 12 string, but not too big at all. Feels very comfortable to me. The top is supposed to be spruce, but not solid. I honestly think it sounds very convincing, and sounds like some other solid top 12 strings I've played. Nice big sound, and it plays as nice if not nicer than many other much more expensive 12 strings. I love the built in Fishman electronics. The onboard CHROMATIC tuner is superb. I wish I had these electronics in all of my acoustic guitars! The sound is very controllable, and the added presence control helps to adjust the shiny high end to perfection. Plenty of bass, as well, just barely shy of what a solid spruce top can deliver... BARELY. I was given this guitar one year ago as a Christmas gift by my wife and kids. BEST Christmas present I ever received. The only thing I did was add a strap button at the base of the neck, and I play it standing up ALWAYS. It's very comfortable. I play it every week at my Church for 3 masses, and I play it at gigs quite regularly. It has never disappointed me, period. I played many expensive 12 strings, and was not impressed with Taylor (blah sounding), Alvarez (too thin sounding), Ovation (yuch - terrible sound and feel), and the only 12 string I liked better was a Sunburst Guild Jumbo 12 that was used and priced at $2200. I opted not to purchase that one, cause I couldn't afford it. Then, my wife surprised me with this one, which I had said I thought it sounded pretty good, especially for the money.

I play Church Hymns weekly, and it sounds absolutely beautiful for that. I also play acoustic rock and roll, and folk with it. It suits any style very well. Full bright sound, with plenty of bass. Just very well balanced in my opinion. I love it-

Set up was great. Nice action, not too low, not too high. I think the finish is very good as well. No problems that I can see. Very nice guitar, and has held up spectacular for a year of hard playing so far.

I think this guitar should hold up fine. I always have a backup, but have never used it for this guitar. Solid work.

No idea, but Fender is a big company, so it could go either way, I guess...

I love it. Worth twice as much as the selling price, I think. Hands down a great value for the money. You want a great 12 string, but don't want to dish out $700, $1000, or more??? Buy this one for $350 and laugh at the other poor broke suckers, haha.

The particular 12-string model has the Fishman electronics. Onboard EQ and tuner. Mahogany back and sides. Spruce top and rosewood fingerboard. The onboard tuner is really handy. When the tuner button is pressed it mutes the guitar if you have it plugged into an amp so you can tune silently if playing live.
It would have been nice if they put in a second guitar strap button, there is only one on the back which doubles and the instrument cable plug in. None of the fender 12 strings offer a cut away for the finger board, I have no use for a cutaway but someone may purchase another brand if they offer a cutaway. Overall very good features.

I like to strum this guitar I don't pick it much and it sounds pretty full and nice sounding which someone should expect from a 12-string. For $349 its sounds decent, I have heard more expensive 12-strings (Guild, Martin) sounds 'bigger' but this guitar does its job for the price.

The setup from the factory was good. The finish was very nice. The guitar is rather difficult to play if your barring chords due to the thickness of the neck and the height of the strings. I have been told that more expensive 12-strings are easier to play with barring chords. It does take some time to get used to playing this 12-string if you have never played a 12-string before or if your a beginner.
I could not see any flaws have still have not really found any.

For the price ($349) this is a very solid guitar. The guitar stays in tune extremely well. I would not really hesitate to use it live with the exception of having trouble playing some barre chords (see above paragraph). It has the onboard electronics so you can easily plug it into to a PA or acoustic amplifier no need to mic it. I would not take a backup with me with this guitar.

I have been playing this guitar for almost a year now at the time of this review. For a beginner or someone who has never owned a 12-string and wants to see if they like it this would be an ok guitar. I would advise someone to play other 12-strings around the price to make sure. I know there is an Ovation Celebrity with onboard EQ and tuner for around $500.
To sum up its a decent guitar for the price.
