It has 21 frets, dreadnought. There were no included accesories. It sucks because my bridge pins keep poppin up. Maybe i should get it chelked

Sound : 8
It has pretty good sound. It doesnt really suit my stlye becaus i play hard rock. It sounds good with new strings

Action, Fit, & Finish : 5
The action is ok but i hate that the neck goes so far onto the body. I think there was sumthin wrong with the bridge the pins keep poppin up

Reliability/Durability : 6
I think it is a very strong guitar. the finish is still like new. I broke one of the strap buttons (the only one) and just turned it around and it seems fine. I would worry about the pins popping up. Definately have a backup

Customer Support : No Opinion
i have no clue

This guitar is made in China. It's a dreadnaught 21 fret acoustic. It is a Sam Ash special. Rosewood fingerboard, and nothing included with the buy. And it has a red pickguard.

Sound : 9
The sound is excellent especially if you put new strings on. This guitar is fine for acoustic blues.

Action, Fit, & Finish : 2
Well when i got this guitar the frets buzzed enormously! So I had to take it back for Sam Ash to fix it and raise the action. Now it is very hard to press the strings and do a barre chord.. !

Reliability/Durability : 8
Well I would say its pretty reliable.. theres no peeling of the wood or anything. Just fret wear and tear.

Customer Support : No Opinion
Never dealt

Overall Rating : 6
I really dislike this guitar because of its action and ability to press the frets. It really makes it unenjoyable to play it. I wish I would have picked another instead of this. Oh well. I would have went for a Yamaha. This is my only guitar since I am a beginner so its getting really boring since my style is rock.
