The features are exactly the same as the contributor's above. I'll add that the volume and tone controls are inside the soundhole. I had wondered about their accessability as my ordered guitar was coming in. I've found both controls to be not only accessible, but perfectly placed for accessability. And it's easy. Toward the neck end of the soundhole there is a slider that rides between treble and bass. Toward the bottom end of soundhole, there is a slider that increases or decreases the volume. I had the controls memorized by the end of my first gig with this guitar. I've never seen a simpler or more usable control system. I haven't even looked into the soundhole since that first gig with it.
Sound
:
No Opinion
The sound is the strong point, that is besides the look and feel of the thing. I play mine through a Marshall AS50D amp that I sing through as well. The sound is full and rich. I have been gigging for over fifteen years and using guitars that range from Ovation Elites and Custom Legends to a Rickenbacker 360 with several Fenders mixed in too. I have been using this Ensenada mini-jumbo for less than six months and have heard more positive comments on its sound running through the Marshall than probably all the other guitars cobmined. And it sounds great through a mild chorus setting as well as straight.

They set it up for me at the dealer and did a perfect job. The palo escrito on the back and sides (Mexican rosewood of a honey color) is remarkable in appearance. The cedar top is clear. The headstock has been given a great deal of attention and it shows. Though it comes off a "Plain Jane", with no particular flash, it is the most beautiful instrument I own.

I gig with it solely as often as seven times a week and never less than four times a week during the sprng, summer, and early fall. I rely on it and it has never been less than perfect. It is an inspiration to play, even after three straight weeks of seven gigs per week. It's exciting to take it out of the case every time I use it.

It has the limited lifetime warranty. I owned two other Fender guitars as well as a red knob twin. I have complete faith in the company and their customer support. I ordered an American Deluxe strat a few years ago and they kept me posted as to when they would be producing the one that I wanted.

I've been gigging for over a decade and a half. I will always have this Ensenada mini-jumbo, or one just like it. The only other guitar I am interested in is the Gibson SJ 200. Otherwise, I'm strictly an Ensenada mini-jumbo dude. The glowing remarks on the sound it makes in my live performances, as well as the sound I hear it making, will keep me playing this guitar or one just like it. Along with that, it is a jewel to observe, though looks are not necessarily as important as sound.

Sound is amazing. More like a full size jumbo. Nice and even all over.

Finish is perfect. Came professionally set up so can't vouch for factory set up, but this one is amazing. Plays very easily. No pickguard, but it sounds sooooo good strummed.

Still pretty new, but seems very solid. I'd gig with it.

Haven't used them yet, but Fender is huge. I can't imagine they'd risk their reputation by not backing their products. Hope I'm not wrong about that.

Been playing for 40+ years. Have two high end Tacomas, a Taylor 510 and a Martin D-28, a Guild GAD-30R. Can't say this is my favorite, but it does hold it's own with the lot of them. And definitely the best for the bucks.
