Fishman UST with Pre-amp. Very nice guitar that I got brand new at almost half the price. I believe the price was lower becuase the newer models have different electronics. 25.3 inch scale neck which
I didn't think that would be much different than 25.5 But it does considering I have small hands.
Sound

This sounds great. I am mostly use to playing spruce/mohagany dreadnaught guitars and wanted a different sound for recording multiple guitar tracks and this just sounded so good that I play it constantly.
Action, Fit, & Finish

Was set up so good when I played it in the store (IRC Music in Indianapolis) that I believe it had to have a complete setup at the store. Don't think any manufacturer ever does this good of a job. Plus it had new strings on it which is hard to believe considering how many instruments this store had hanging on the walls.

Like any acoustic guitar in the $500.00 - $1000.00 price range it should last forever has long as it is taken care of. Plus Indiana has the best year round humidity that is perfect for wood instruments and people. (Not wood people but real people, LOL)

What is customer support ? I have never used it. I have a good friend that works in a music store and thay have a great guitar tech.

What can I say. I got lucky. After almost a year of going to several stores off and on and playng nothing but crap, even some crappy $1500.00+ guitars, I walk into this place and find this guitar.
