A Korean made dreadnought with laminated top and sides. Believe the top is spruce and the sides mahogany. Has the thick, black finish on it.

Sound : 7
My style is setting around the house and playing whatever comes to mind. Sound is very good for an inexpensive guitar. Sounds great when I put it in the hands of someone who really knows what they are doing.

Action, Fit, & Finish : 7
Action is a bit high. The neck is pretty good, but tends to be a bit thick the further up you play on it. The older Fender acoustics definitely have a better neck.

Reliability/Durability : 9
I don't do a lot of live playing, but I have a 5 year old daughter that likes to "play" the guitar which may be tougher on it than using it every night. It stands up quite well to her. Biggest problem was the factory tuners (don't know what they were, but they were kinda cheap)which cratered on me after about 10 years. This guitar does a remarkable job of staying in tune. The only major problem (other than the tuners) was my first attempt at neck adjustment.

Customer Support : No Opinion
Never had to use them.

Overall Rating : 7
I have been playing for about 15 years. Started with a cheapo guitar, then a Yamaha classical and then this one. Also was a brief owner of a Telecaster, but I got over that. This is a good, solid guitar that you can take anywhere and get along with it. If it came up missing, I would probably look at upgrading a little bit. Overall, I have been more than satisfied with the guitar.

No idea when it was made, but it was made in Japan. Just a standard spruce top (I think) dreadnought style acoustic.

Sound : 9
With new strings, this guitar sounds like a grand piano! The bass notes ring out and can really touch you.

Action, Fit, & Finish : 9
After owning this guitar for over 15 years, I figured it finally needed a truss rod adjustment. Only half a turn and it has very low action with no string buzzing.

Reliability/Durability : 10
This guitar has been through a lot. I've taken it everywhere, hitchhiking, camping, U name it. It has proven its worth over the years.

Customer Support : No Opinion
Never needed to.

I've had this guitar for a very long time. Its been everywhere with me and I must have pawned it at least a dozen times. A friend owed me some money and he gave me this pawn ticket. I asked him what it was for and he said : a guitar. He didn't know what kind of guitar as the ticket was given to him by someone else. I was very curious so I paid the bail and got it out of jail. I currently have a friend who owns a Fender LaBrea cutaway acoustic. He in envious of my guitar and I know he is secretly covetting. The guitar is now covered in stickers and has many lives. Two years ago I backed over it with my truck, lucky it was in its hardshell case. The guitar survived and so did the case after a few pop rivets and some duct tape. I wouldn't part with this guitar unless I was getting more than what it is actually worth. There are some limits to my sentimentality. If it were to run out of lives and get damaged beyond repair I will very likely blubber like a baby.

A nice acoustic, it came with an acoustic pickup that sounds kind of bad, but that could be my shitty amp. Nice looking finish, tends to scratch easily.

Sound : 9
Sounds really good, nice for campfires. sounds full, great tone. I play mainly rock, it sounds fine with full chords or with power chords.

Action, Fit, & Finish : 8
No flaws that I've found, finish it kind of soft, tends to scratch. The higher frets are a little hard to play on.

Reliability/Durability : 8
I take this guitar all over, to parties and campfires and such. It seems real durable. If I ever played a real gig I'd definetly take it along for acoustic numbers. For now i take it camping.

Customer Support : No Opinion
never used thier costomer support, never had to.

Overall Rating : 8
I've played for three years, this was my 3rd guitar, my first acoustic. I love the tone, better then my buddy's acoustic, but it balances out because he's a far better player then me. I'd buy it again in an instant. The only thing I don't like is the tailpeice, or lack of. It has the standat acoustic pins, which are a pain in the butt to change strings.

This guitar is the best guitar!!! It's made of wood! Real wood! Not like any junk Taylor which are made of plastic and rubber pieces with playwood and glue. The tuners hold tune great! For a week straight! Not like the junk Taylor which goes out of tune when you hit a string. Ping!

Sound : 10
This guitar will rock your world in terms of sound quality. How can people say Taylors and Martins are the best guitars? It's Martins and Fenders!

Action, Fit, & Finish : 9
The action is great. The guitar is cake to play. Not like a junky Taylor which is like a piece of playwood with string that are like 6 inches off the fretboard. No, the action is great! And the bass kick is simplely divine!

Reliability/Durability : 7
Yes it is reliable. Ok maybe the strap button came off once or twice but who cares play it without the strap. Easiest to play!

Customer Support : No Opinion
Never dealt with them but they have a cool website.

Overall Rating : 9
PLayed lots of stuff Taylors and other junky guitars this one is the best except for that $3000 Martin. But this is one tenth the price. Excellant guitar!

Fender acoustic- made in '93 purchased in '93.

Sound : 9
I usually played this without any amplification and recently put an "under the saddle" no-name pickup in it. I learned how to play on this guitar. The neck has kept perfectly straight for the 5 years i've had it and it sounds great. I usually play with a chorus pedal and sometimes reverb. This was a fairly priced but good quality guitar.
