Specs as below in other reviews. Only thing really missing is an onboard tuner like my Ovation but I'll live without it.
Straplocks are a nice addition.
Hard case would be good too. I found I can just squeeze mine into an electric case. Tried loads of cases and none are ideal. Gig bag that it comes with is fine but it's not gonna stop the neck getting broken if an amp falls on it in the back of a van.
9 out of 10 (no tuner)

Love the acoustic sound. Not as bright as my Ovation - somewhat warmer. I'm sure I could EQ it to be more like the Ovation but I prefer the Godin.
As stated before in other reviews, blending in some of the humbucker with the acoustic sound adds some depth and body for a fairly unique sound.
I often use a bit of chorus on my acoustics but the with the Godin I prefer the sound without. Just a tad of reverb now.

Very well built guitar. Can't find any flaws. No complaints there.
Action was a bit high but that was soon sorted.
Hated the electric strings that it came with. Now I'm using acoustic strings with 10 on the top.

I never gig without a backup but I see no problems with this though.
One issue when I first got the guitar was that it would make occasional popping, or fizzing sounds. Maybe once every 10 mins. I thought it was a cable, but having changed everything (amp, cable etc) it came down to the guitar. Anyway, somewhat dismayed I changed the battery and the problem went away. Dodgy battery (it was new, I fitted it a few days earlier). Dodgy connection? Dunno. It's fine now.

Been playing for 30 odd years and have some nice guitars. The Godin is up there with those guitars. Would certainly buy again even though they are quite expensive and hard to get hold of here in the UK.

Explained enough in the other reviews
As stated in the earlier review, the wiring does not correspond to the manual on their website. If the humbucker is on it is always mixed to the piezo, even if you use the seperate outputs. First I thought this is wrong, but after a little experience with the guitar I assume they did this by purpose. The acoustic sound benefits a lot from a little humbucker sound mixed to it.
To have seperate tone controls for the two pickups is very nice.

The sound of the piezo alone is a bit thin. Ok for background rhythm work, but not for more. The sound of the humbucker alone is not good enough for me to leave the electric guitar at home. Blended together, however, you will get a real good acoustic sound without the need for an external preamp. Adjusting the two sounds with the individual tone controls and then mixing them gives you a lot of possiblities. You can easily adjust the sound to different styles of music and playing.
I run the mixed signal direct to the desk and the humbucker through a tech21 pedal. This gives me acoustic, electric (though limited) and a blend of the two. This is all you need for acoustic guitar on stage.

Good setup from the factory. Very nice shape of the neck. The natural finish has no flaws but does not look very spectacular. The humbucker looks like an aftermarket mod, but who cares?

Like all Godins (Seagulls, ...) no problems to expect here

Been playing for more than 35 years and have owned a lot of gear over the years. This is a perfect live instrument. It is inexpensive, reliable and straightforward to use. You can plug it into amps, desks, preamps whatever and you will get a decent sound. Plugged into a real good P.A. without any outboard preamps will show you how good the sound really is. It will however reveal how good your playing is. There is no compression that would hide little mistakes.
A 9 overall because there are instruments out there that could be a bit better in a certain situation. Or look more impressive. And certainly are much more expensive. But a full 10 if you take price and flexibility into account

Great neck, love the 16" radius and the 1-11/16" nut, nice medium jumbo frets.

This is the second A6 Ultra I had sent to me because I thought the first had faulty wiring. The Humbucker pickup leaks into the acoustic output. I have the two outputs running separately. The electric output goes into an amp modeler and the acoustic output goes into the PA. Both are switched via a Morley Quad Box, allowing me to switch between the two outputs, or run them both together.... however if I leave the humbucker volume up on the guitar when I'm running just the acoustic output, the humbucker comes through the acoustic output... I emailed Godin and they said the guitar should not behave this way... I can assure you, BOTH A6 Ultras had this problem. But I'll deal with it because I love this guitar!
Even with the wiring issue the sound is tremendous! The humbucker has great tone and the acoustic pickup sounds as good as my $3600 (retail) Gibson Sonoma.

I haven't had the guitar long but I don't think there will any unusual problems that you wouldn't encounter with any guitar under normal use.

No support phone number. Takes days for Godin to return emails. No local dealers. Online music retailers aren't much help.... then again the sales/ customer support people probably aren't even in the same state as the merchandise they sell.

Did I say I love this guitar!
For the price this guitar is amazing.
I play mainly Strats, Les Pauls, and Teles but I needed something more versatile for my summer duo cover gig and the A6 Ultra is just the ticket!!!

It sounds amazing for everything I play plugged in both acoustic or electric jack. The only thing is that the sound is a little flat when played without plugging it.

I use it in solos in acoustic gig and rhytmn dance pop ...
Really flexible sound with bright sound with acoustic out but also great tone with the humbucker with little boosting and drive....
Very large width of sound from jazz to country, rock and acoustic.
I 'd experimented the separated 2 output= 1 acoustic in P.A. and the humb in Combo. Very nice!!

Changed strings and suddenly it turned fantastic action gauge 10-46 D'addario.
After few month I adjusted the neck, raising strings a bit to have clear sound on evry fret. Still action is good
Little finish flaw in low price pegs... the fake ebony seems breaking....

Very solid guitar, light in gig, the finish is simple but really good looking and seems like to last.
I play in gig with 3 guitar so i don't need a back up ....I could play with it lonely....
