Great neck, love the 16" radius and the 1-11/16" nut, nice medium jumbo frets.

This is the second A6 Ultra I had sent to me because I thought the first had faulty wiring. The Humbucker pickup leaks into the acoustic output. I have the two outputs running separately. The electric output goes into an amp modeler and the acoustic output goes into the PA. Both are switched via a Morley Quad Box, allowing me to switch between the two outputs, or run them both together.... however if I leave the humbucker volume up on the guitar when I'm running just the acoustic output, the humbucker comes through the acoustic output... I emailed Godin and they said the guitar should not behave this way... I can assure you, BOTH A6 Ultras had this problem. But I'll deal with it because I love this guitar!
Even with the wiring issue the sound is tremendous! The humbucker has great tone and the acoustic pickup sounds as good as my $3600 (retail) Gibson Sonoma.

The action and setup was perfect out of the box.

I haven't had the guitar long but I don't think there will any unusual problems that you wouldn't encounter with any guitar under normal use.

No support phone number. Takes days for Godin to return emails. No local dealers. Online music retailers aren't much help.... then again the sales/ customer support people probably aren't even in the same state as the merchandise they sell.

Did I say I love this guitar!
For the price this guitar is amazing.
I play mainly Strats, Les Pauls, and Teles but I needed something more versatile for my summer duo cover gig and the A6 Ultra is just the ticket!!!

It sounds amazing for everything I play plugged in both acoustic or electric jack. The only thing is that the sound is a little flat when played without plugging it.

I use it in solos in acoustic gig and rhytmn dance pop ...
Really flexible sound with bright sound with acoustic out but also great tone with the humbucker with little boosting and drive....
Very large width of sound from jazz to country, rock and acoustic.
I 'd experimented the separated 2 output= 1 acoustic in P.A. and the humb in Combo. Very nice!!

Changed strings and suddenly it turned fantastic action gauge 10-46 D'addario.
After few month I adjusted the neck, raising strings a bit to have clear sound on evry fret. Still action is good
Little finish flaw in low price pegs... the fake ebony seems breaking....

Very solid guitar, light in gig, the finish is simple but really good looking and seems like to last.
I play in gig with 3 guitar so i don't need a back up ....I could play with it lonely....

I've been playing 25 years around with many guitar I owned..Fender, Larrive??, Taylor, Ibanez. Now I own an Ibanez F. Gambale solid body, a Lakewood M32CP acoustic, a Cort CEC1 classic with Fishman, Yamaha APX7, Telecaster Squier '82,
Brunetti Dual Cab 2x100W, Brunetti Rockit AMp, ALesis Quadraverb, Rocktron Progap, thousand pedal effects..........
I love the flexibility, hate nothing....
I would try a Taylor T5 but It's too expensive in Italy.........
