This is a 1958 Goya (Serial # 382933) with the Levin emblem plate on the headstock. See Review Below mine, as it is the same. I thought the bridge was supposed to be ebony, but its rosewood. Looks like it may have been changed. Other than that its original. Got it with original Goliath Case, too(sans the strap)
Apparently, Levin was a person that studied guitar making at the Martin factory, as did his son, before WW1.(wow). Tuners are nickel plated, and look like the collings style or Martin tuners.Solid Alp Spruce top with age cracks (what else is new for a 58). Its like a martin d-18 or something.

Sound : 9
Love the guitar. Sound jumps right out at you. Not noisy, but have to take it to a guitar tech to adjust. Sound is Very bright, and Full Midrange , and nice bottom to it. I guess the wood has aged for 44 years so its got to be good.

Action, Fit, & Finish : 9
Some scratches, and part of the "G" in Goya is missing, but you can still make out where it was embedded/embossed into the head stock. Original finish. Action is a bit high, but no problem ..i hope ..to deal with. Very well made guitar. Love it. Its history baby,,,yeaaaahh. If the Bridge was replaced, oh well, i give it a 9 then.

Reliability/Durability : 10
wahh?? :~{ hey,,,its stood up this long.

Customer Support : No Opinion
yeah..i called mr Goya, and Mr. Levin back from the dead, during a ouja board game. He said he'd give me a year extra on it. Whaaaaaaahhhhahahahahah

Overall Rating : 10
Been playing for 20 years or so. Just muck around with guitar, but do gigs. Have PRS Custom 24/10tp Gibson Historic ,59 Re-issue,Fender, yada yada yada.

Love the guitar, cause its stood up over time. This one made in Sweden, and the age alone of it looks way cool.
