Sound is excellent, strummed or fingerpicked. Excellent for this price range.

Very playable set-up right out of the box. I did lower the saddle a little to make the action even lower. Fit and finish is excellent.
Reliability/Durability

The guitars construction is very clean, with good attention to details. Quality woods are used through out. For strap use, the guitar will need a strap button added to the neck heel.

I've been playing on again, off again for 40 years. I have owned Alvarez, Epiphone, Fender, Gibson, Gretsch, Ibanez, Washburn and Yamaha guitars over the years. This is the first Hohner I've owned. If it were lost or stolen, I'd buy another.
