Features : 10
Beautiful full spruce top dreadnought finish with off white binding and "Antique Violin" flame sides and back. Gold Grovers, onboard tuner with Fishman Sonicore electronics. One of the best things I like about this model is the overall style. Kind of a light orange-ish top that blends into a tobacco sunburst and finishes with flame antique sides and back. Also the neck features very plain small dots and I've grown to really like that. Also, all of the binding on this model looks like off-white aged ivory. The guitar reminds me of a lighter cutaway version of the Gibson John Lennon played on Hard Days Night (without the front mounted volume/tone knobs).

Sound : 10
I really like the sound, resonance, and harmonics of this guitar. You can hit a note, go out for a bite to eat, and come back and the note is still ringing. If you cough or sneeze in the room you can hear the guitar resonate. very nice.

Action, Fit, & Finish : 8
This was reported as a brand new guitar on ebay but I suspect it was a factory second because the center hole stain was a little off. For the price I didn't mind. Guitar lists for 857.13 and I got it for 319.00 I dabbed a little dark finish on the area. I also had to adjust the truss rod which was very easy to get to and features the "dual action" Ibanez truss rod system.

Reliability/Durability : 9
Haven't played live with it yet but very solid and stays in tune. I play acoustics like I do electrics. The action is very nice and I might even start using this guitar over my strat or tele sometime. I play a lot of acoustic lead (think Monte Montgomery with a Ratt stomp box) and love this guitar. My Taylor 314CE is getting jealous.

Customer Support : No Opinion
Haven't had to deal with customer support and guitar came without warranty. I was a little worried at first but I'm so glad I got it.

Overall Rating : 10
Been playing for 40+ years. I've owned several Gibson SGs, Les Pauls and settled with maple-necked Fender reissue strats and telecasters (52 butterscotch) Play all styles and was a session musician for a lot of years. Played with some big names that I won't drop. Trust me. Play this through a Strawberry Blonde Amp and sounds great just like my Taylor 314CE. My Taylor has slightly lower action than this Ibanez Artwood but I find myself always grabbing this guitar off the wall.
