Features : 10
This guitar has a satin or matte black finish that is referred to as open pore black. It's a figured ash top, sides and back with pearl rosette and 12th fret inlays. I believe all of the body woods are solid and somewhat bookmatched. Ibanez "cosmo black" tuners, rosewood fretboard and bridge. It has either a mahogany or ash neck (I'm drawing a blank right now) with side dot inlays. Ibanez SRTn electronics with b-band liscensed phase and notch filters, onboard tuner, as well as high mid and low levels. Has both 1/4" and XLR outs. Ivorex II nut and saddle with Advantage bridge pins. Comes equipped with D'Addario EXP strings. Pretty cool stuff.

Sound : 10
Let me preface this by saying this review is considering the tone you get for the pricetag. Personally it is one of my favorite guitars on the market curently. It gets a very nice, sparkley bright tone. I've been eyeing this thing since last Friday and decided to pull the trigger today. I've played 3 of this model all with very similar tonal response. I also checked out the all satin mahogany Ibanez Exotic Woods Acoustic to compare and this blew it away. It sounds nice and bright and full. Plugged in it sounds pretty good too. In absolute complete honesty, you'd be hard pressed to find similar features and tones in this price range. I work in a guitar store and have my varitable pick of the litter and this is the first acoustic I felt I HAD to have. I prefer a bright tone because my songs often call for an acoustic in conjunction with my electric guitars. It's hard to say what the style I play is, but the electric tone I use is darker and more mellow. I need that bright acoustic sound that can cutthrough the mix. Sounds good unplugged as well. When plugged in there are a nice variety of tones as with as a phase buton and notch filter to cancel out feedback. Previously I had been planning on a Taylor 214ce, but I'm not as gung ho set on that now. I believe that this guitar will hold down the fort for awhile. I don't know too

Action, Fit, & Finish : 9
Set up from the factory pretty well. Intonation seems on thus far. No book matched perfectly but it's a matte black finish so I don't really see that as an issue. Pearl work and binding looks a little sloppy but overall a very aesthetically pleasing sight to behold.

Reliability/Durability : No Opinion
Seems to be solidly constructed. Haven't quite had it long enough to put it through rigorous testing, so whatever. Might eventually change the tuners, but that's about it.
Would most likely gig without a backup. However, I wouldn't mind a second one to have a backup...

Customer Support : No Opinion
Haven't deal with them.

I've been playing for around 15 years. This guitar has the look and sound suites me without giving me some sort of carbon body. Great features. Great price. What more could you ask for? But don't just read his review, go try one out!
