Ibanez G5ECE

The guitar has very nice features, including the "cut away" body, Ibanez tuner, and you can connect the guitar straigt to the amplifier, all you need is a cable (which comes with it). And mahogany neck is awesome! The neck fits well to my hand, it's very smooth to play, the neck is made of mahogany. My guitar was made in China. The guitar has 18 frets.

This guitar is perfect for me, basically with electric guitar i like to play RATM, Audislave, Guns n' Roses, Dir En Grey, Red Hot Chili Peppers etc. so you know that I'm a alternative rock/metal man. With acoustic I play folk music, rock n' roll etc. And I especially like the nylon strings, they sound very good. The sound is quite rich and crisp, and the D'addario strings are maybe the best on the market. I play mostly chords with acoustic guitar, because I want to keep the playing very simple with acoustic. But it handles power chords and single note picking quite well.

Oh my goodness me, the finish was better than I expected. The finish was gorgeous all around. No complaining, even though the tuning was horrible when I bought the guitar :D.

I think this guitar will last forever. The woods are very high quality and the Ibanez electronics are made well. I think you really don't need any back-up for this guitar!

I've been playing now over a year. I have Fender Stratocaster made in mexico and this guitar. Marshall is my main cabinet and guitar-head brand. I use Boss and digitech pedals. If it were stolen/lost, I would definately buy a new one. I love the sound and the great finish, you can't ask more for this price! I chose Ibanez because I think it's a good company and you really get what you pay for. If you want a realiable guitar with very good features, good sound, gorgeous finish, buy this one! You won't regret, and there's no other guitar for this price which has the same features, sound and finish.
