Made in China. Good electronics.

Sound : 8
Good sound in live setting. Great sound for recording.

Action, Fit, & Finish : 7
Set up good at the factory.

Reliability/Durability : 2
At some point the neck began to warp. (A guitar tech told me that it warped because the wood was still green and that as it aged it went back to it's original shape.)

Don't buy Ibanez guitars made in China.

Customer Support : No Opinion
Haven't tried.

Overall Rating : 3
If I was to buy another acoustic I would get something not made in China.

This guitar isn't exactly the most feature laden of all guitars, but this guitar is so much more than the sum of its parts, especially for the price-read on...

I play in an indie rock band, and for that I always use my electric guitar-however for more intimate gigs, I play a lot of acoustic and open mic performances, and this guitar has certainly seen plenty of use-my style is mostly folk/pop/rock, and this guitar suits everything I've thrown at it so far.
I generally play it unplugged, and it sounds so rich and full, although I also use it for recording, and I can say that this guitar is so bassy and warm plugged in, thanks to the active electronics-tho watch out for the 9v battery life, as it will kick in every time the guitar is plugged-which I found out to my cost!
This guitar is the best sounding guitar I have ever played, and everyone who has played it agrees, and usually goes out to buy one. I replaced the original bridge pins with brass ones, and that improved the tone fantastically, and I would recommend this cheap upgrade to turn a good instrument into an amazing one.

Action, Fit, & Finish : 9
This guitar has the best action ever, and I can play things so much more easily on this guitar-it can take some getting used to, as it felt really strange after my budget yamaha starter guitar-needless to say this guitar didn't need any extra setting up, it was great out of the box. I've yet to find any flaws on the guitar (except for the odd pick mark here and there where I play too heavily.

Reliability/Durability : 9
This guitar has withstood plenty of live playing, and is a real beaut. I can't see anything going wrong with this guitar in the foreseeable future, and would certainly recommend it to anyone who needs a good quality acoustic sound at a reasonable price. There are obvious problems with feedback when amplified, but that's not really the fault of this guitar, it's just one of those acoustic things, and there are plenty of aftermarket solutions for this-a good amp will counteract it fairly well.
I would and have already gig with this without a backup-as acoustic gigs are a lot less intense than live rock shows, so I'm not as likely to need any backup.

In short, this is an amazing guitar for the price, and I am so proud that I managed to find one-the guy who owns my local music shop (who happens to be the most awesome musician on the planet) recommended this to me, so who was I to question his judgement-buy one and you won't regret it-you won't find anything else as good in this price range.
