For the money, this guitar has some features that are present on more expensive models, such as a high end pick up system with a nice pre amp.

I really like the sound on this guitar. I had heard good and bad on Kona, but decided to give it a wirl and I am glad I did. The sound is crisp and clear, even when not plugged in.
Action, Fit, & Finish

The action is quite good with the factory set up. I may end up getting a slight adjustment, but for now, I am quite happy.
My Kona is a floor model that I purchased with a slight ding in the top. You can't even really see it unless you are in a certain light, but for the discount I got, it was well worth it.

The Kona Warranty is 10 years with 1 year on electronics. I have not had the need for service as I just received this guitar.

This guitar plays like a more expensive guitar. There are some Crafter guitars I tried that don't even come close with respect to sound and playability.
I would recommend this guitar to anyone wanting to play acoustic electric finger style. It is very comfortable to play.

This Giutar is AMAZING!!! I have/play many guitars. I play a Martin DC-16RE Aura for our live performances. I picked up the Kona for a back-up. The Kona is sounds and plays so nicely that it shares stage and studio time with the Martin!!!

This guitar played perfectly "out of the box". The only thing I did was change the strings. It came with new D'addario strings. I just changed them to a lighter gauge. The guitar STAYS IN TUNE. This guitar has a beautiful sound plugged in or not. This guitar is also beautiful to look at. Excellent finish and craftmanship.

I have owned this guitar for over a year now and I still have not changed the strings! Maybe it's time, but it is so perfect right now, that I don't feel the need to. No problems.

If you looked up "customer support" in the dictionary the definition would be Marcus Lawyer! I am not saying this because I am an endorsed artist. I say that because I believe in the product(s) and Marcus has been so helpful since. I am in the process of going ALL KONA!!!
