Sound is quite good. Not as powerful as my Pavan TP30 but better than Alvarez AC60. The instrument is new and will improve with age and use however it sounds bright and clear with good volume. Sustain is also very good.

This is where the guitar shines! It has the best neck of any classical I've played which includes the previously mentioned Pavan as well as an Alvarez Yairi, Yamaha, etc. It feels more like a steel string. The action is very low. I could never play a good barre cord on previous classicals but with the La Patrie it's not a problem. I'd buy another one just for the neck. It's also the only classical I've seen with fret markers which help me tremendously.
