Quite simply the most beautiful, well crafted Auditorium acoustic I've ever seen. The fingerboard on this guitar is solid Mother of Pearl over Ebony. Yep, MOP all the way to the frets. I've never seen anything like it. The closest thing I've seen was a very limited edition by Dana Bourgeois at Buffalo Bros Guitars. It was beautiful, but the Bourgeois model did not bring the MOP all the way to the frets, so technically it was large MOP block inlays. I can understand why they didn't as the skill level and attention to detail must be over the top to do so. The Bourgeois listed for 10K and my MO listed for $6250. Both guitar are awesome, but it was a no brainer to jump for the Magnum Opus. The workmanship and design is beyond description so I'll shut up and suggest you check out their website and digest the photos yourself.

Sound : 10
This guitar has a distinct tone I've never heard before. Obviously, the solid MOP fingerboard comes in to play here. I agree with MO that the guitar sounds like it has a compressor on it; projecting round punchy tones - it's sick!

Action, Fit, & Finish : 10
Absolutely, positively the fastest playing acoustic ever made. Playing on MOP fingerboard is like playing on glass!!!

Reliability/Durability : 10
This work of art is precision built and I pray that it out lives me. I could never replace this guitar and it's pure magic in every way.

Customer Support : 10
Limited Lifetime Warranty with enthusiastic customer support!

Overall Rating : 10
I record and tour for a living and have done so for more decades than I care to admit. Obviously the price points of MO are not for everyone, but these guitars could easily sell for upwards of 20K+ and I own a few I purchased from custom builders in that range. If you're looking in the 4K to 6K MSRP range, don't neglect playing a MO first. Magnum Opus is the real deal and totally undervalued at their current price points - for a handmade instrument of this quality.
