This is a special edition small-bodied style 28 guitar from Martin only available from Maury's music. It includes a number of vintage features including a modified 12-fret to the body V-neck and scalloped braces. It is basically a 00-sized version of the 000-28 with additional vintage features.

This is an excellent fingerstyle guitar with a wide nut and generous string spacing. The tone is rich with solid bass response without being boomy like a Martin dread.
Action, Fit, & Finish

This is a beautiful guitar with tasteful apointments. The fit and finish was excellent (as has been the case with every Martin I have had the pleasure to own or play). The action as delivered was medium-low and there was no buzz when played fingerstyle or strummed. It could have been a touch lower for pure fingerstyle.
Reliability/Durability

The guitar seems solidly built and I think it will be durable. I have no experience with this yet as the guitar is brand new.
Customer Support

Martin provides a lifetime warranty to the original buyer. I have not had the need to use it on any of the Martins I have owned. Others have said their customer service is simply great. For example, they will even do a neck reset when required (neck/action outside specification) even for a 30 year old guitar.
